A complete rip off, Idenity left my foot, they are thieves

Talk about thieves, ICard Services are thieves, you can not get ahold of them, they still your money from your bank account... I am still trying to get my $31.98 back from them... Beware do not accept these thieves. I even tried the other web site given over the phone and that doesn't exist either.
