Fraud sell Puppies from Puppies Mills

I purchased a French Bull Dog from Pets of Bel Air, where the assured me that the dog was from reputable breeder and in fact it was from a Puppy Mill.
After recent news reports I checked my papers on the dog and I found that my puppy came from puppy mill that has been cited on several USDA violations.
I was charged $3400.00 for this puppy based on purebreeds not a puppy mill animal.
