My credit card showed two charges, one for Nov and one for Dec. I disputed this on my credit card and I am waiting for a reply. I also called the number listed with the charge and spoke to Gason (strong Indian accent), ID # 1560. He said he would reverse one of the charges and I told him that they would reverse both since I did not contract them to charge my card.
I contracted a search agency to search for an old friend and that is where they said I agreed (which I did not). He gave me his supervisor (Chris # 14833), who said the same spill, but he finally said he could on rare occassions reverse two entries. I have an email from them that shows that this is what they are going to do. I filed a dispute with my bank on both and expect them to reverse both charges. I found these within the 60 day limit I believe you have to report them.
