Moving company overcharged for services in spite of the fact that there was a Final Binding Estimate. Company refuses to refund money and refuses to respond to faxes and phone calls.

How typical for a moving company based in south Florida to do this!

This happened even though I scrupulously researched companies and "did my homework."
