Fraudulent charges on my phone bill

This ripoff put a $15.51 charge on my phone bill for what? It says cheap to dial service and even put a federal universal service fund fee on it for $1.54. When I called the 888-480-8724 they said it must be a mistake and would remove or reverse the charges.

30 days have passed and nothing ever happened and now the charges are carried over to my new at&t bill, I think its remarkable that at&t is allowing itself to be a carrier for a fraudulent company and they say there is nothing they can do! They tell me to call usbi. I'm stuck now with something I never ordered and don't even know what it is and how to fix it.

I want to disconnect with at&t asap, I can't handle 90.00 a month home phone bill ewith no long distance I am looking for a different phone company, I'm done with these crooks..
