I order a first painting from the Galllery and everything was fine. I ordered 2 other paintings and one arrived with a broken glass. The painting was a complete lost.

The transportation was done by FedEx. The employees told me that the painting was not sufficiently protected.

I communicated with the Gallery. They refused to send me another painting or money.

I have communicated with the Canadian Ambassy in Prague. They tried to help me. After a while, the Gallery stop communicating with the ambassy.

I communicated with the Czech Ambassy in Ottawa and they told me that there was nothing to do. The lost was around $ 300 US dollars
