Go Freelance.com fees are deducted from credit account but there is no service, there is a "pretend" support system but no service, is this company real

I signed up for The Freelance Work Exchange months ago and my credit card shows that the company has been deducting a $29 fee each month. They send available jobs but I cannot apply for them. Every time I try to apply, I am asked to sign up for a free trial membership, although I am a member and have a password, etc.

The same thing happens when I log on to the Web site.

They have a "help" system where they ask for another password. The questions/problems are sent via an e-mail system. The company assigns a ticket number and the person filing the question is asked to check on the response via the ticket number. However, I've received no response.
I've replied to e-mails they've sent; I've done everything short of sending a letter to the physical address.

However, as I wait, I feel I am being ripped off each month, and I don't trust a response via snail mail either.
