Absolute Waste of Resources - business owners beware!

These guys are a bunch of con-artists! The salesman FLAT OUT lied! I was very hesitant about doing business with them because after looking at their website it appeared to be more of a "handyman" referral rather than a legitimate way for Contractors to gain more business. They assured us that they would supply great leads and it was up to us to make sure our profile was right and our selling ourselves. We thought "Wow, that's easy that is were we shine" The first lead we got was from an unemployed loser that wanted an electrical outlet in a shed that was 20 miles away!

It was obvious from the start that the "professional" service team had extremely poor business skills themselves. They did not have clue what it takes to be profitable. No clue of profit and loss. They had the audacity to lecture us on top of it! Don't just take my money, insult me while you are at it. Absolute rookies! We got the worst bunch of losers in the world for leads and believe me Service Magic got paid because they BANG your bank account everytime.

It seemed everytime they wanted money they went to the trough... OUR money... Was their trough and then proceeded to throw whatever garbage they could dredge up and throw our way. Whenever we complained that we were not getting anything close to what they promised. It was always our fault! We have been in business for 21 years, never had a complaint and our clients always return... Service Hokus Pokus is more like it. We actually had people that wanted to barter because they were broke. We had people that just wanted quotes to take to the bank. We actually got ONE good prospect... We thought. He sent us 28 pages of schematics and wanted a quote in 24 hours. If you want to throw your money away... Give these people a shot.

They will misrepresent and then tell you it is YOUR sales ability. They will also sell you on the exclusivity of their leads and that is a complete fabrication. Worst business experience to date. We lost money on the deal. We PAID to lose money with these fools! Never again! Business owners beware!
