Company takes money and doesn't delive

I placed an order and did not receive it. I ordered a pair of sneakers from throwbackkicks23.com almost four weeks ago. The company was paid for my order. I have the receipt from the bank to confirm payment. There is no way to contact them besides email. I sent numerous emails inquiring about my order and they have never responded back.
