Hiring Utopia Management as my property manager is one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my entire life.

These are the things that went wrong:
1) They would not return phone calls from prospective renters.
2) When a couple of people were able to get through to a person, they were told that my property was not available and were offered alternate properties. This was a blatant lie.
3) I called to try to correct the misinformation but I was not able to speak to someone about the situation until three weeks and about 20 phone calls later, when I finally left an extremely irate message on the Vice President's voice mail.
4) Due to the extreme ineptitude of this ridiculous company, I fired them. Only then did my true problems begin.
5) After having fired this company, they deposited the funds from another owner's proceeds into my account.
6) It took them three weeks to get them to actually return my phone calls about this incident. They had no idea where those funds had gone.
7) They charged me $800 for doing absolutely nothing. When I paid the bill, they sent me back a receipt along with several receipts for expenses paid for another property.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Every single person I have had to speak with there was completely inept. I really do not understand how they are still in business.

I truly hope to get the word out to everyone I can so that no one else has to experience the horrors I have with this company.
