Phoney salesman ripped me off!

I called & spoke to John explained wanted to get Dish for my daughter who has been thru alot & starting over. He couldn't have been nicer, I told him we had dish too. Asked for cheapest program & no contract. He felt so bad & said definately no contract & he would even credit $50. On the bill for the set up fee. We put it under my husbands name & he even gave me his extention #80710 to call him anytime we had a problem. I couldn't believe how caring he was about the situation. I even asked to talk to his supervisor to say how nice he was (they must have laughed themselves sick) Well today they showed up at my daughters house & sd she couldn't get it installed unless she signed an 18mo contract & even had her sign my husbands name. She has a disability thats why I take care of things like this for her. OH yeah by the way there's no way you can get thru to his extention # he gave me. Nice guy huh! I will definately cancel mine & tell all my family & friends & newspapers!
