Sneaky ripoffs! There is a fox in the hen house! These crooks have been billing me for 3 months! South Carolina South Carolina

I called my phone company today to pay my bill and inquired as to why my bill was higher. A company called OAN Services has been billing my phone bill for 3 months for 16.00, I have not ordered any service form these people, From what I see on the internet they provide some kind of voicemail services, I have voice mail thru my phone company, why would I even want a service that I already have on my phone. My phone company put a hold on these charges so I could resolve this ripoff. How can they get away with this?
