They never paid for work I did

I am a small advertising company. I spoke to the owner Robert about some advertising. He agreed to participate. I made the ads & the TV spots. When it came time to pay the $200 he said, "I changed his mind." This is after we called him directly and verified he wanted the ad space for a second time. What a crook!!! Don't do work for them without getting paid for it first!!!
