Do not use this company& Money is what their all about

I was moving from 1 apartment to another in the same complex, right across the street from each other. The company sent over 2 young guys for the move-Instead of them moving my things, I was moving my own things— To sum the story, It took them 4 hours to move a 1 bedroom house! To top it off, they broke my lamp and didnt tell me. I realized my lamp was missing and I immediately contacted the office to let the manager know. That was JOKE! He did nothing about it. I found pieces of my lamp globe stuffed in a box. And the best part of it was that they ofcourse arent going to reimburse me. I ended up spending $500.00 for a simple move. Please do not use this company.

I contacted the home office, unfortunately they cannot do anything, because its a franchise. I did let them know that this location is making their entire organization look bad.
