Return Policy Discrimination

I purchased a DVD player "Trutech", it was defective, and I am sure the manufacturer knows, because the prerecorded message stated the accurate malfunction, "Wrong Disk". Though I threw the reciept away. The Target Store has Video Cameras, and gave me a copy of the transaction taken from the register, though they would not exchange or return the money. This is an obvious ripoff, as all the proof is and has been established. I made a copy of the reciept, and have it to show anyone who is attempting to aid consumers.
