Ripoff ordered 2 bras my check cleared the bank on July 31 02 I cannot get a hold of anyone by phone or computer they are supposedly always busy

In July of this year I ordered 2 bras from J.D. Marvel Products. My check cleared the bank on July 31, of this year and to date I still have not received my order. I have tried to contact them both by phone and by e-mail and cannot get through to them. I'm going to keep trying but I'm very unhappy with them and don't really expect too much to happen.
