Quoted a price for quaker parrots on the telephone and changed the price when I went to pick up the birds

I spoke with Lori on the telephone in regards to purchasing a Quaker Parrot. She told me that she wanted $185.00 for all 4 birds that she had for sale. When I drove there to pick them up, 48 mile drive one way, she then told me the $185.00 was for each bird (1). She also showed up with other birds that she never spoke of on the phone.
