After stumbling across this wesite I decided to investigate Takemi Wholesale as I was about to purchase a massage chair from them. Actually had their website been fully functional last week I would have purchased one, spur of the moment. I was very disapointed to read the multiple accounts of the company not honoring it's return policy and using legalese double speak to justify.
All I know is that on 2 seperate occaisions I was clearly told by Paul in their sales department that I could return my chair for any reason on their dime within the first 30 days. Apparently based upon further investigation and other posts on this website this is an intentional misrepresentation/tactic Takemi uses to sell product.
Disapointed!
