Been 18 months and never received my rebate check

I ordered Dish Network through a company called SunDish.com in March and my service was activated on March 25. I waited for the prescribed time and mailed all the documents along with the Dish Network statement after 3 months of service. I was supposed to receive the rebate check in 6-8 weeks. When I called them after 12 weeks, to inquire about my rebate, I was told that they never received my forms. Being ignorant of this outfit, I mailed the forms again through priority mail and waited for another 3-4 weeks before calling them. I was told once again that they did not receive my forms. So, I had the rep. On the line and faxed all the forms and made sure that they received and reviewed the forms for any errors. I was told that they were in order and I would receive the check in a few weeks.

Since then, I have been waiting to receive my check and it is Nov - more than 18 months since I had ordered satellite service through them.

I have called them numerous times and every time I hear them say that it has been approved and the check is ready to be mailed as soon as it is signed by the owner (his name is Jason Tsai). This has been going on for more than 8 months now. I have never had such a bad and frustrating experience with any service provider so far.infact, after my installation, I recommended Sundish to some of my friends and they are having the same issue getting their rebate check.

These guys are ripping off consumers and they should not be allowed to run such a fradulent business. I see similar reports filed by consumers on different forums. I have even sent a letter to Dish Network about partnering with such companies and havent heard anything back from them either.

Moreover, when I ask the rep. To transfer me to their rebate department, they transfer me to some chinese woman who doesnt understand English (or pretends she doesnt understand what you are saying) and finally you end up getting frustrated and hanging up the phone.

At this point, I am not sure as to what to do or how to proceed further. I am filing this report so that future customers are better informed before they order satellite service through SunDish.
