Damage and Breakage to our Personal Property

This company owned by "Gail Cloud" was hired by myself to move our personal property out of state. The next day, "Cloud" showed up and started giving me a "speech" about how there were movers in St. George, that would damage your property, use leased trucks, not have proper loaders and unloaders, not be insured, not be bonded, etc.!" I NEVER KNEW, AT THAT TIME, HE WAS DESCRIBING HIMSELF AND HIS COMPANY"! We have damage and breakage and he's telling me, "my insurance coverage is 60 cents a pound"!"Cloud" didn't want to tell me I needed to take out MORE insurance as HE would have had to pay MORE of a deductable! All in all, my advice is, " IF YOU'RE IN THE ST. George area, moving out of state or within the state, stay clear and away from southwest moving & relocation if you want your personal property to get there in one piece! Thank you
