Debt Relief, USA What a Rip Off! They just take your money and run!

I contacted Debt Relief, USA in January after hearing an ad on the radio. What a mistake I made. Now, nearly 11 months later, they have $3600 of my money and state they can not help me, I must settle with the credit card companies myself.

I have copies of all the paperwork I signed and no where in the papers does it state that if multiple names are on the credit card accounts then all parties must sign. I was informed just a few days ago that they will not help us because I did not use "Common Sense" and have my husband sign the paper that were addressed to me!

They are keeping my money because they state that it was to pay Administrative Fees.instead of them helping me to get out of debt they have made my life even worse by putting me further behind on payments.

I want to know who can help me with this. I am willing to do what it takes to get my $3600 plus money for the stress and frustration that they have caused me.
