Ace Wigs is a complete fraud, they charge your credit card and will not send merchandise. They do not answer emails or phone calls: 1-800-226-4668 Monday through Friday between 10:00 A.M. And 4:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
I spoke to a man twice (must have answered by accident) and he said he would call back with tracking, he never did I have tried to contact them with no luck. He also said item was sent it never ways, they are not a real wig company that anyone should order from. I suggest contacting the Wig Companies (Louis Ferre, Jon Renau all the major wig companies they have listed) and tell them that Ace Wigs is using their name, pictures and trademarks for theft, fraud etc...
Do not wait long to call your credit card company, immediately call them and have it cancelled. I wish I would have searched first, but now I know.
