Do not use this service in this location and Hayward location in california. They just promise $400 divorce (even if it not contested), and all they do is just fill up the divorce forms and charge you $400. Many small things like form rejection can happen at the court. These people won't take care of a single thing. All they care is, they will charge you $449 or so for filling up the divorce forms, which you can do online or getting packaged forms from the court or at california superior court provided ezfile (www.ezlegalfile.org).

They even stall, and drag this thing out, so you'll slowly end up paying more and more money for discovery, publishing etc., etc., until you realized that you've spent months and months or a year or more where nothing got done. They may even trick you into asking you to hire some attorney they recommend (Don't fall for it here, or any document or paralegal services). Most of these people get commisions from Attorney for reference and they will take your money and do nothing and put you into more problematic situations, and very sympathetically will agree to refer to an Attorney. Don't fall for it.

It doesn't matter how simple your divorce seems, the court can create problems, especially when they know that you don't have an Attorney. I learnt it the hard way. I'm not praising Attorneys. I don't like them. But it's better than spending months and months with these retarded illiterates who are small time crooks trying to take the money and get nothing done and all that is left is time, money and effort wasted for nothing.

Don't let the kind looking people or looks or arguments against attorney fool you. It's all wolfe in sheep's clothing. When they run into trouble, they told me that they were consulting attorneys. Although it was a lie (as they don't want to spend any money on your behalf). They try to profit from all the money you paid, with as less effort as possible.

They will only drag and stall and act as if something complex is going on and they're running around doing things. It's all an act.

Well, live and learn. I just don't want others to make this mistake. Remember again, any services which says para-legal or document services ARE ONLY CHARGING YOU TO FILL UP FORMS regardless of whatever they say or advertise. They won't get you a divorce (even if it's simple and easy and not contested). Now think, if it is worth paying someone $500 or $1000 just to fill up forms.
