Big flim-flam

My girlfriend went into this site and when it got to the part of YES or NO to accept or not, she pushed NO and the next thing I know is there was an over-payment of 149.00 37.00 overdraft fee... Luckily, my bank was decent about it all and helped me fix up the account, but that meant that I had to start a new account, then this company tried again to take money out of the account (old one) since I put a limit on the old one they couldn't get the money and the bank called me and told me about the 2nd try so far. How many time does this company get to scam people and still be in business
