Doesn't pay his help

I worked with him on several jobs. He said that he would pay me because at the time he was the cause of me needing to leave my employment. I was to be paid a large sum of money. One job turned to another and still no payment as promised. When I said I wasn't working for him anymore due to non payment and verbal abuse, I was told by Mr. Umlauf that he was not going to pay me the money agreed upon. He didn't feel he had to pay me because we were seeing each other.in all, the man owes me at least 5,000.00 in back pay. Mr. Umlauf then stated he would pay me the back pay and also pay for my classes if I would become a Realtor. I spent my own money to take the classes. He never offered to pay me. I then found out that he was working under an expired license. He also owes me for a car and motorcycle. The is a very dishonest person.
