Fraud & cheating!

At the conclusion of May I requested and taken care of a rebuilt lower device for my Yamaha outboard vessel motor from Maritime Partsfinders Inc. May 1 my charge card was billed for $1805.00 including delivery along with a primary cost for that return of the previous component. It had been said to be shipped in 7-10 days.

Following A month of reasons concerning the things for that equipment situation being back-ordered from Yamaha I ended the purchase at Marineparts.com and could have the vessel components straight from Yamaha overnight. Hmmm... What’s the offer with that?

Marineparts.com did not return me for 7 months after which merely a partial reimbursement of $1476.00 when compelled to by my charge card business. They charged an 18% restocking charge on anything they never had in-stock and also to add insult to damage they charged 18 percentage about the delivery and also the primary cost aswell. I'm out $329.00.

I requested by telephone and was never informed in regards to a restocking charge! There isnot any restocking! There is no delivery, no primary cost, simply because they never had the components to start with

Beware when coping with this ensemble, I'm they're not reliable and that I've been scammed for 329.00!
