Fraud scam — watch out!

I must've not read the below statement, because I received two bottle in the mail one day, without an invoice or even how to return these items!

"Upon ordering your a 15-Day Supply of Lipoplex you will be automatically enrolled in our Premium Customer Program. If you have not canceled your membership within 14 days of placing your order, you will AUTOMATICALLY be shipped a 60-Day supply of Lipoplex and billed $99.95 ($93.00 $6.95 shipping & handling) to your card. Every other month on or around the same date we will ship you your 60-Day supply of Lipoplex and charge your account accordingly.

If you decide you do not wish to participate with the Premium Customer Program, simply call us within 14 days of ordering your 15-Day Supply. You may cancel by calling 1-800-597-8533 Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm PST."
