Where to begin? You know the old saying, "if they are talking they are lieing"? Well meet Roxann Taylor and her half ass attorney. This lady is a Mary Kay reject with all the makeup and hairspary she cakes on in the morning. Roxann Taylor is scum when it comes to brokers. She has no interest in selling your home all she care about is lockng you into an illegal contract. This lady is really scrweing pepole with zero integratey and regard to ethics.

She and her $5.00 an hour attorney try to lock as many people they can into illegal contract which they call "Marketing/listing" contracts and do nothing for their clients excpet exstort them for money. I had my home on the market for 120 days and recived nothing from her, my home was valued at 600k and she tried on several occasions to get me to sell well below this figure stating the market would only bear 400-525k. Roxann and her affiliate of brokers only care about siging up as many listings as they can so when anyone trys to sell or transfer the home they get paid. After talking with current and old clients they all have told me horror stories and they say she has about a 1% success rate in matching a seller and a buyer. DO NOT sign a contract with this charlaton she is a liar and a snake and dosen't sell homes.

I filed a claim with RESPA and TREK and they both tell me that her contracts are illegal and she can't charge pepole for marketing and she hasn't passed their due diligence on these contracts. She is all about taking advantage of pepole who don't know her game. I told her and her half ass attorney to go fly a kite and listed with REMAX www.remax.com and sold my home 30 days later for 635K and change.

Roxann when you read this you knew what you were doing when you lied to me and my wife and your are scum. I WILL do whatever it takes to get your broker license revoked and also get you exposed. You are evil and you know what you are doing and I will encourage anyone who has had any dealings with you to step forward and list their claim with the state.
