Stole my money and never sent magazines God Knows Where They Are Hiding

I ordered 5 magazines back in may and it's been 5 months and my magazines have not arrived&and I doubt I'll ever see them.

I've tried to contact their so-called customer service at least 5 or 6 times, but my inquiry have always been ignored. All I received was automated replies generated by the system.

I sent them one last inquiry tonight, and if I still don't hear from them, I will call the credit card company and see if I can dispute the charges - I mean, this company is a scam! They are stealing money from people! I wonder if there's something else we can do, other than just posting a complain here. The thieves need to be caught!
