Poor Customer service. Deception. False claims

The shipping/handling times on their web site are under estimated. Expect them to charge your card as soon as the order is placed (weeks prior to shipping).
Expect to recieve it late. Expect deception. Expect no applogies.

They state that they care about the timing needs of their customers. This is not the case. They misled me so that I would not cancel my order. I expressly told them to cancel the order if they could not honor their time table. They told me an item shipped when infact it had not. The items will now arrive days after the wedding. We will be out of the country. Not only will the groomsman not be recieving their gifts on time, but there will be no one to recieve the items when they arrive.
