They promise so much and don't live up to half of what they say. They Post on Craigs List and that is how I found them.

I came home to a dirty house. It felt like all they did was spray an air freshener, because it smelled clean but it sure did not look clean. I was told that I would be called back when I complained, but to this date I am still waiting.

They said 2 people would be out to clean my house, and it was only one lady-before I left the house I tried to communicate some concerns to her and she did not speak English. I came home 2 hours later and the cleaning lady was gone - and I have a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath - I don't care how fast you work, one person can not clean that big of a house in 2 hours.

They also claim to leave a written guarantee upon cleaning - I did not get anything, but I do have my cancled check as proof that they did provide service to me.

I will be reporting them to the BBB and to anyone else that will listen.

DO NOT USE Leave The Mess To The Best. I would advise people to do their research on a company before using a service. I should have known by the cheesy website that this was a ONE MAN BAND!!!
