A company that lies, cheats, and steals

Cr england is not to be trusted on any level. I lease a truck on there demo's lease program. The settlement was always in correct, never got pay for the full amount of miles ran. Trips pak came up missing in mail. Althought log in on the qual-com my pick and delivery the company refuse to pay. During my employment with them this was a consent problem. I was on the road without money to eat or send home to pay bills. But the truck note got paid and cr england got paid at my expense.

After numberous talk with dm over these matter and the pay-roll department. Thier lack on regard and respect for me as a individual who had been working faithly for them with out pay was to much to continue to endure.

My last last they didn't paid me for a 1600 mile trip which was suppose to be my money over the truck note and expense. This was the last straw not getting home to see my family and being on the road broke. I inform my dm that i needed to get paid or i would return the truck to thier property. The company only solution was pick up another load. I denied the load and clean the truck up took all my personal belonging out. My wife follow me to chicago, ill to return the truck to cr england drop in riverside. They have place on my dac that i abondon the truck as if i left it on the side of the road or at a local truck stop. I noticifty my dm before i return the truck to there property and after i left it on there property in excellent condition fully clean up key in it.

Considering the whole ordeal i think i was more the reasonable and fair. And to add ensult to injury they continue to charge for the truck for months after i was out of the truck. Now mind you lease which if it does not work out i can walk away from it without any farther cost. My question is what have i done to deserve this to be lie on, to be cheated out of pay and to have my dream of owning my own truck one stole under false pre - tents. The own er adn the people running cr england should be place under the jail for the many of lives and family they have ruin. Where is the law that protect our right as trucker is this truely what this industry is made of common day thief who hind behind lawyer who get paid to find ways to continue rob the common man.

If any of you read this and this has happen to you please joinet me in filing a class a law sue against this company for damaging our name, credit, black balling us, and etc. For they have took the very foundation of american the dream of owner ship, self employ, self eff and use our hope and dream to steal from us.
