The worst thieves I've ever done business with. We kept our stuff in storage with them for two months, and were told to put a lock on the back of the container, which we would remove with our own key on the day we moved into at our new home. When the truck arrived at our new home, the lock had been removed. Besides the thefts, significant damage was done to our furniture and other goods. Their response: it wasn't on purpose, we'll give you pennies a pound for your dressers, take it or leave it. They don't even bother making a pretense about having integrity. Don't let them get their hands on anything of value. I could go on and on, but if you don't get it by now, you deserve whatever they do to you.
