The unprofessional staff expect the customer to take the dress in wrinkle condition. Staff who are suppose to be professional seamstress (tailors) hang the wrinkled dress on hangers in cheap garment bags and present to the customer. The nerve! They expect the customer to take it to the cleaners to steam out the wrinkles! Save yourself and child from that kind of stress and worry. Don't go to Cinderella of South Holland, Illinois. The service sucks and I'm telling you (everyone) I know it will be a dreadful experience. The problem is serious enough to report to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency.
