Unprofessional and just plain BAD Phoenix Arizona

I thought I was getting a good deal... An 10/13, a 5/7, and some mini wallets. Being a student family this seemed too good to be true, and you know what they saw about that. Anyway, the studio was a blanket on a metal rod and it was dirty and just plain gross. The photographer was just bad. She didn't try and work with the kids and expected my 11 month old to just sit there and smile for a gross tennis ball.

I was just hoping that at least one of the pictures would turn out. So I went to pic up the photos and not one of all three kids (what I needed) turned out. The lightng was horrible and she did not know what she was doing from positioning them. I was angry. Of course no one knows who to contact or how to fix the problem. The regional manager even gave me a bogus telephone number. These people have NO shame. Remeber if it's too good to be true, it is!
