Pre paid legal services, We were told by legal services that any family members living in our home would be covered from any legal problems we have, they are defense lawyers and there are 3 firms located in florida,
this sounded great, there is a long list what they can do. For around $30 monthly.

First time i called them they had a convincing story why they could not help me and i found out they took an extra $35 out of our account for the phone call, i did not know this tiil 5 minutes ago. This was buisness related, and this is one of there specialtys.

Second time I called them they had a convincing story why they couldnt help my son, this was criminal related
third time my ol lady called them for help and again they cant help. This was related to d.C. F her grand kids
Today i called them because i was served to go to court because I was hurt in a wreck and havnt been able to pay my credit card bill, they said the only way they would help is i go to court and pay the credit card people, and only if i did this ppls would take 25% off there bill. And if i say i am hurt and cant pay they would not help me. Capital one is only suing me for $3,000.00. I would have to come up over $5,000.00 for them to help me.
I have been paying these people around 10 months and havnt got any help whatsoever. OH they did tell me for a small fee they would look at my court papers and confirm that it is a small claims court issue, du! Its under 5 grand I do have a tv, and i have seen judge judy.
