8 Weeks, still no REFUND City INTERNET

I ordered an Gucci Indy suede hobo from bluefly on the 26th July, my order was processed and sent to me and I received it on the 29th July. Upon Receipt, I did not like it and promptly returned it the next day via an enclosed DHL return label. Blue Fly recieved the bag on the 6th August and was updated on their system as "RETURNED" on the 10th of August.
Fast forward to todays day, 10TH SEPTEMBER I still have not received the $1,200 refund for the bag. I specifically indicated on the return form to refund it to my BILL ME LATER account but whoever was processing returns on their side did not see that and listed me down as a refund on OTHER. FOUR ADDTITIONAL phone calls later on 24th august, 31st, august, 8th sept and todays date and NO DUMMY @ BLUEFLY is able to tell me why I don't have a refund check in the mail (even though I was told I'd have one in the mail)
I have been more than patient with this retarded company and they have not met my consumer needs. I have $1,200 floating in air because some dummy is not doing their job properly.
Still waiting for my refund...
