Alm industries, inc. Located in Butler, PA is a rip off company run by people from the same family of Angela Monpere. On May 9th they took $1200.00 deposit for tree removal and never showed up to do the job on May 18th. I called them in the phone so many times and no one answer any of my calls or get back with me with all the messages I left and sent several e-mails to them to let them know that since no one showed up to do the job I want my money back.

Angela Monpere a 23 years old female and she is the president of the company who she said from her emails she would refund the money, week after week the same story and never return my money and all her reply was a big lie one after the other.

I sent them letters by US mail on June to return the money they owe me but still no reply; I was forced to go to the court on July 2nd 2007 and fill a civil case in Mag. Dist. NO: 50-3-02 of Butler County, Docket No: CV-0000184-07.in the hearing date Aug. 15th 2007 no one showed up from the company and I got a judgment against it for the amount they owe me plus $81.00 court fees. AFTER ALL OF THIS, STILL THEY WONT RETURN MY MONEY.

First it's my fault, I should check the company business history, next I should not give the advance/security money. The company run by people from the same family and they do not have a real business address, like a home business. They have lot of addresses all around and all are house addresses for the same family.

They know how to scam people of money and they think they'll get the ripoff people money and get away, they have a website with 2 pages, home and customer reviews, they have about 5 or 6 reviews and what do you think who wrote it and who is control of post and delete reviews? They are not smart, still small time criminals but just wait when the 23 years old become older what she'll do? I'll fight these people to recover my money and I hope to shot down this scam company and have this people face justice.

If you have any advice you are welcome to post it. At the main time I must wait for 30 days from date of judgment to take the next move.By the way the last 2 days were turning ugly and nasty with the people of this company. I'll not rest until I make it right.
