The problem with this company is that they "slammed" my telephone service. They started charging me $5.95 per month on my local phone bill for "bus multilin, " whatever that is!? The only way i had to contact them was the number 888-760-8724. They are extremely hard to contact because you have to go through USBI to call them. Then, they do not always answer.
They lied about being authorized to do this. They did not cancel this service or credit my bill when i asked them to do so. I do not have any way to contact them except to seek them out online.
Finally, my local phone sevice blocked all 3rd party calls from my phone, including this type of "service."
However, this problem has been going on for about five months now.
