In dec I'd lack of revenue and may no further pay the mortgage transaction on my house, i quickly place my home up available... The marketplace in california is really poor I really couldnot promote my house, i obtained many presents amounting from what was owed about the mortgage... I approached americas servicing corp to determine when they might postpone prepayment fee to ensure that me to obtain house offered actually i endured to create no cash with this house I simply wished to prevent a foreclosure... Asc refused my request when, again i obtained another present, i again required the renounce the prepayment fee again asc refused my demand... Many months passed pre-foreclosure procedures started, i attempted to get a short-sale... Three times asc refused my request... Asc is just a horrible mortgage business... They're not prepared to discuss by any means... I'm presently expecting a purchase day on my house, again i requested asc as my final resort to obtain a action instead of the foreclosure but again, they're seeking i place it written down, along side all files regarding funds and my demand can get submitted to get a critique which requires 30-60days... Again I Have posted all these files 6 times currently, the info has not altered plus they WOn't utilize anybody of these demands they express they require a brand new demand each time i obtain one... The corporation is just a fraud... I think they need homeowners to foreclose... I'd not suggest asc to my worst enemy.
