Tim Crocker takes your money and does nothing to help you. He claims to be friends with judges, a powerful attorney with comanding results in court and out. He is a liar. After he gets your money he doesn't communicate, he cancels meetings at the last minute, plans to meet 1 hour before the hearing but doesn't show, shows up late running into courtrooms unprepared for his case, shows up with an empty breifcase, stutters, mumbles and loses.

His firm was asked to file contempts for parenting and property issues they, but never filed. He was asked several times to make settlement offers. He never did. Crocker & Carter give a quote then overcharge They consume your advance money quickly, then wait for months & months, send you a huge bill and demand payment within 3 days "or else" they threaten to quit at tomorrow's hearing and "tell the buddy the judge" to clobber you and file leins against the very property you've paid him to protect for you.

His firm has alot of turnover, is very unprofessional and will cost you money. Not only will losses pile up for fees, your time, energy and property will dissappear also. He can be seen laughing with opposing counsel after he gets kicked around in the courtroom.
