Received bill without even subscribing the magazine Ripoff

I received a bill from Reader's Digest company saying that I must pay for my 12-issue subscription by August 31. But the problem is that I Never even order any magazine from this company. However a few days ago, I filled out an inquiry form of a free subscription as a sponsor's free offer on a website. It clearly said that the one month subscription would be free as a offer. I never thought that this corrupt company would dare charge me anything. Nevertheless, I was asked to pay 10$ to the following address: PO BOX 7773, Red Oak, IA 51591-0773.
