Do not stand behind their "Satisfaction guarenteed or your money back" policy Ripoff

I signed up with this company to get moving leads, and instead got leads of other moving companies trying to broker their overflow loads. Ok, nothing wrong with that, but that was not what I was looking for. Fine, the sales representative misrepresented and flat out lied about what I would be getting (type and quantity of leads). Fine, that instead of 6-7 per day as the sales lady (Jessica) states there was 1 or 2. But what upsets me is that before I signed up, I was send a "Satisfaction guarenteed or your money back" certificate, personally signed by Jessica. Well, aparently that's just part of a sales gimmick to get you to sign up and take your money. When I requested a refund, all the sudden Jessica was unreachable and didn't return my calls. Quite different than the numerous calls I was receiving when she was trying to make the sale. All I want is a refund of my money. I was not satisfied, so what is the problem? All I've heard were excuses and delays. When I finally spoke to someone days ago who said I would get a refund, he couldn't say when am I'm yet to see a credit to my credit card.
