Poor customer care service!

I put an order 7 months before. 2 products were quickly delivered to my PO Box... By FED EX! Some nimrod is delivery really believes FEDEX provides to PO Boxes? These were delivered and there they stay. The 3rd product I had been informed might deliver on July 31st. Arrive July 31st and amazingly it changes to 'backordered'. They'd to understand it had beennot accessible and really should have stated therefore from the beginning. They were ASSUME to become presents. I'd to operate out-last moment and discover alternative presents. Errors may and do occur but listed here is where it gets great! They've a "contact customer support' image, that which you get is just a selection of feasible grievances and after choosing the one which best suits, you receive an automatic reaction that's ineffective WITH NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT-ALL!!! No telephone number to contact them at, NOTHING! I'd to resort to creating a criticism with my charge card organization to get a reimbursement, processing a using the Better Business Institution and my condition attorney-general's office. I will guess it still don't enhance their insufficient customer support. They possibly get a lot of grievances they do not NEED one to have their telephone number! PREVENT NBC UNIVERSAL SHOP online. Its a waste of your energy and cash.
