Credit Card Charge ripoff

I got a call from my credit card company saying the card was compromised. Then I found this charge on the latest bill. It's a fraudulant charge.

I called the number and spoke to Bill at BDI Home Lifestyles who said the $69.95 charge would be credited. I have my doubts.
