Plasma cutter warranty/repair scam. When it brakes they wont fix it

Back in 11 of 2006 i purchased a plasma cutter with a 3 year extended warranty from this company.in July the machine broke down. I tried to contact them by phone and all i could get was a recorder and no one would ever call me back.

I went to their website and filled out their web forms and submitted them and waited for instructions on sending my broken unit for repair. They replied by email and told me to check their help section for common machine problems. I replied to them and notified them that there was no solution in their help section to my broken machine and i needed instructions on where to send the unit as well as a Return material Authorization number. A week passes i get no response

I try calling again and still cant get a human on the phone so i go back to their website and submit the form again and wait. Another week goes by with no response. Again i try to call and submit the forms. No luck.

At this point im sitting here with a useless $600 plasma cutter and no way to get it fixed. It is obvious that this company has no intentions of honoring its warranty. I think this is outright fraud i paid 10% of the cost of the machine for a extended 3 year warranty which this company will not honor

Im so angry this really pisses me off, I have already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Michigan State Attorney General. When im done with this complaint im heading over to the Federal Trade Commissions site to see if i can file there as well.

My advise is if you run across this company or its products stay away, you may think your saving a buck now but it will bite you in the ass later. This company also sells products on ebay Cut40 Cut50 Cut60 Super 160 are just a few.
