MagCustomerService stealing and conniving! Ripoff

In July when I noticed the first charge of $28, I immediately contacted my credit union which was very supportive. I went through the multi-step process on the 800 line with TWX and thought erroneously that the situation was resolved and over.
This month there are three separate charges for three magazines and the total is nearly $100. Once I again I did the multi-step process for all three magazines but each time I was granted a refund from the mechanical voice it was $2 - $3 less than the charge appearing on my statement.
Then I found these reports with the helpful hints. Just talked to a human via repeatedly punching the "O" button. She has filled out a customer request form that will be process by a "specially trained customer service representative" in 5 - 10 business days for the full amount. She implied that if I had contacted her first, before canceling the magazines with the automated system, I might have gotten the entire amount more timely.
