Liars and Fraud. Customer Serives that doesn't work. Portland

I went to sign up for a phone and was lied ot by the represtative. Sprint was not able ot provide the service that i wanted. I attempted to canceal the phone. I had to call the "Customer Service" line. This was where it turned stupid. I had to talk to 6 people before I could canceal the phone. I was told the mixup was because they were merging with Nextel.
I followed the instruction I was given. A month later I recieve a pass due notice even though I had a cancealed check showing that they had recieved the payment.
So, I called the "Customer Serivce " number again. And once again I was put through the run around. I had ot talk to 4 people before my questions were answered. When I asked for documention as proof that the issue was cleared up. They refused to do so. I had to barger and demand a cancealation document.
It should not be this much of a hassel and they should never promise services that they can not provide and when it is decovered that they can not proved service they should not make a person have to go through serval people to get the problem solved. This is bad business.
