Cincinnatti Bell Wireless Does not inform all customers of billing error charges that appear on the cutomers bills EVERY month. For example In-market roaming charges from Dayton and from inside Cincinnatti at. 35 cents a minute, if you want these charges taken off you HAVE to call in and ASK to get them removed, they will not do it with out you asking.

It adds up to a hell of a lot of money, trust me i worked at thier call center.

There are lots of other billing mistakes issues and if you dont call in, you dont get the credit.

So read all the bill.
