Lei, cheat and dont pay employees! Ripoff

Dont hire these people or work for them either. Worked for them just over a year. Called in sick one day on a friday at 6 am to say i wasnt comming in but of course their not out of bed yet so i kept calling for almost an hour and a half. Mind you work started at 7 am!

Finally get an answer he says ok ill handle it. About 9 30 am i get a phone call from him saying to call the house. Call the house and his wife is telling me im fired me and 2 ohters and their not paying us. After agueing for about 10 mins she offers to pay us but only after we put it in writing that we stole from the company. Yeah right!

I had a company phone and keys to the tool trialer. She says im not getting any pay until they are returned. It is against the idol rules for that to happen. I told her that she says whatever. I hung up on her as i was done argueing getting nowhere.

Went to job site and turned in my company items to hopwefully get paid and move on but thats an arguemnet to. Im told that if i want to get paid to hire a * laweyer!

Filed a claim with idol a claim with osha and irs and social secrutiy. None of has been paid yet to date. Stay away run very fast! Also they dont pay time and a half after 40 hours either. I cant prove it because for some reason[i wonder what]we cant have our time cards to give to idol! What a great company. Building fall down walls fall over fight and arguments with builders it amazes me no ones has been killed working for them. Yet!!
